The Fool
The imagery: A young traveler in bright clothing strolls toward the edge of a cliff, eyes on the sky, a small bundle over one shoulder and a white rose in hand. A little dog leaps at their heels while the sun shines high above snowy peaks.
Upright
The Fool marks the beginning of a road you have not walked before. It asks you to meet the unknown with curiosity instead of a fully finished plan. There is real value in being a beginner right now, because you are seeing things without old assumptions.
Reversed
Reversed, The Fool can point to a leap taken without looking, or to a leap you keep postponing out of fear. Either way, the balance between courage and care has slipped. Take a moment to check the ground ahead before you decide how fast to move.
In love
In love, this card welcomes lightness, new connections, and a willingness to be surprised by someone. Let things unfold at their own pace rather than deciding too early what they must become.
Work and money
At work, The Fool supports trying a new direction, a side project, or a role that stretches you. Stay open, but keep a simple safety net in place while you learn the terrain.
In yes or no questions
Yes. Leans yes, especially for new beginnings, as long as you stay alert to practical details.
Advice
Take one small, real step toward the new thing that keeps calling you.
