Independent reader agreement

1. Independent work, not employment

You provide the service on your own account, as an independent professional. There is no employment relationship, subordination, exclusivity or schedule: you decide whether, when and for how long you are available.

Sibila provides the platform (listing, session room, client billing and payouts) and does not direct the content of your readings.

2. Your responsibility

The content of every session is entirely your responsibility. You are liable for harm caused by your conduct, for false information you give and for breaching this agreement.

Readings are for reflection, self-knowledge and entertainment. You never present predictions as certainty and you do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; in risk situations you direct the person to professional help.

3. Code of conduct

Forbidden: predicting health, death, pregnancy, legal or financial outcomes as certain; offering spells, binding rituals or any sale; asking for or giving contacts, social profiles or payments outside the platform; recording or sharing conversations; treating clients with disrespect, prejudice or pressure.

Breaches lead to immediate suspension or removal. Amounts tied to disputed sessions are held until the review ends.

4. What and when you earn

You receive your tier's percentage of what the client paid for the minutes served (New 50%, Experienced 55%, Featured 60%). Your tier and per-minute price show in your dashboard.

Earnings become available 72 hours after the session ends and once the payment method has cleared. Payouts are weekly to the account you provide, above the minimum shown in your dashboard.

Sessions refunded for technical failure, rule breaches or client chargebacks generate no payout; if already paid, the amount is deducted from later payouts.

5. Taxes and registration

You are responsible for your own taxes, contributions and business registration where you live. Sibila may ask for tax details and ID before releasing payouts.

6. Confidentiality and data

Everything a client shares is confidential. You do not copy, keep or use client data outside the platform, and you follow the data protection laws that apply to you.

7. Your profile and image

You allow Sibila to show your professional name, photos, intro video, specialties and reviews on the site and in promotion while you are active. Client reviews are published as written.

8. Ending and changes

You or Sibila may end the partnership at any time. Amounts already released are paid in the next cycle.

Changes to this agreement are announced 15 days in advance through your dashboard or WhatsApp. Continuing to serve after that means accepting the new version.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your country. Questions: contact support through the WhatsApp shown on the site.
